Our company assigns an annual investment to machinery updating and its respective maintenance, which allows us to have enough machines to cope with all possible needs.

Our equipment has been being adjusted to the customers’ needs and updating according to the process of rubber that has been taking place over time. As of it, in our production line, it is possible to find old machines, such as our compression press, dating from the 80’s, to more current machines, such as injection molding machines, whose last purchase was in 2014. Both types, however, support an ongoing maintenance.

Sandblaster / Sandler

It is used to clean and scrape a surface (usually metal) of any undesirable material (oxide or paint). This technique involves an air pressure that activates the sand at high speed and it scratches the surface.

Cylinder

It is used to obtain a rubber mixture - with manual operator assistance -, mixing and incorporating ingredients, to get an elongated sheet whose dimensions will depend on the thickness of the required part.

Injection machine

It is used for manufacturing rubber parts with molds adapted to this vulcanization method. The dishes and the mold reach a high temperature, so the rubber makes its way through the spindle into the mold, where the vulcanization is done. The grand opening between the plates is perfect for injecting large volumes. Also, the height of the worktable and rubber loading is accessible to the operator, facilitating use and maintenance. This process is the fastest and most effective way to deliver large quantities.

Compression press

It is used for manufacturing rubber parts with molds adapted to this vulcanization method. The dishes and the mold reach a high temperature and the operator, manually, incorporates in its opening the needed amount of rubber, so when closing the plates, they perform a pressure on it and, after some time, depending on the need, the vulcanization of the piece is achieved. This process is suitable for delivering small quantities.

Carbon dioxide deburring

Those parts where is possible to eliminate its burr are incorporated to a drum. The method consists in combining CO2, low temperature and constant rotary motion, consequently the burr is removed.
